gookaddict: well....he sorta just found Ayumi Hamasaki at a club where she sings random songs. And he found Ami Suzuki and signed her (which ended her blacklisting too ^^) when she was performing for her school. For others like the korean stars: BoA, TVXQ, The Grace, they all came from Sm Entertainment, which co-publishes for Avex...so if you ever get signed to SM and they decide to debut you in Japan, ur gonna be in Avex Trax...this is really all I know...I don't know about AAA....im sry T_______________T They don't really release this sorta information....
